NSW: Employees Dismissed for Inappropriate Emails Usage

A decision by a Tribunal to dismiss employees at a yoghurt factory for inappropriate email usage has been upheld by Fair Work Australia. Pornographic and racist emails were exchanged at the Wetherill Park production plant last year. After an investigation, 15 employees and six contractors resigned or were dismissed.
