The Industrial Court is hearing the case against the companies allegedly responsible for the collapse of 10 towers at a McLaren Vale vineyard in 2008.
A winery employee was injured and almost 500,000 litres of wine were lost when 10 tanks crashed into a building at the Southern Australia vineyard.
SafeWork SA is prosecuting the engineering company that designed, built and installed the tanks, along with its parent company.
The company which owns the winery is also included in the suit.
