Children below 8 years prohibited from riding quad bike on roads in Queensland

Starting 1 February 2017, children under the age of 8 will be prohibited from riding quad bikes and utility off-road vehicles being used on road, as well as any child of any age if they are not yet capable of sitting with their feet flat on the floor and hands on handholds in Queensland.
