A man in his early sixties was airlifted from a private property west of Maryborough Saturday morning after a 200-kilo empty water tank rolled on him.
He was pinned to the ground for a period of time before being released.
The man suffered chest and pelvic injuries following the incident at around 9:30am.
He was treated at the scene by both the RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter aeromedical crew and paramedics from the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS).
He was later airlifted to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition.
