Sydney construction worker injured after fall

A man has been injured after falling three metres at a Sydney worksite Thursday morning.

Paramedics were called to the Forestville worksite shortly before midday.

The man in his 30s suffered head and shoulder injuries after reportedly falling from a roof.

He was treated at the scene before being taken to Royal North Shore Hospital.

SafeWork NSW will investigate the incident.
