Comcare improves compensation process

Comcare’s payment and communication process are set to change in an effort to further assist injured workers.

Starting 1 September 2016, all Comcare payments will be paid directly to employees’, employers’, and service providers’ bank accounts by electronic funds transfer (EFT). Information about claims and all payment advice will be sent via email.

This means that upon providing Comcare with your EFT bank details and email address, payments will be received sooner and directly to the bank account. This will also speed up notifications and information updates sent through one’s email address.

Registration can be done through the online forms portal. More information about Comcare’s continuous improvements can be accessed via their Corporate Plan or by emailing Comcare at general.enquiries@comcare.gov.au.
