Man airlifted after falling from ladder in central Queensland

A man was injured Tuesday afternoon after he fell about two metres from a ladder in central Queensland.

The man in his 60s was working on the ladder when the incident occurred.

He sustained shoulder and chest injuries after the incident at a private residence in Seventeen Seventy at about 12.00pm.

The man was treated on scene by the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) before being flown to Bundaberg Base Hospital by the RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter.
