Man injured after being struck by tree branch

A man was airlifted to hospital Sunday afternoon after he was struck by a tree branch north of Raymond Terrace, in the NSW Hunter Valley.

The man in his 50s was cutting large branches from a tree in Dungog when the incident took place.

He was treated at the scene before being flown to John Hunter Hospital for further treatment.

He remains in hospital in a stable condition.

    Could you confirm in these articles if it the injury is a result of a Work-related Incident or not?

    Whilst I understand the benefit to communicate that all types of incidents occur, it is also important to report whether someone was at home doing some handy-man work, or if they were in a workplace setting.
